So now, up for debate is if we bring suitcases for all of us (3 - 1 Adult and 2 Kids) or do we use suitcases and some plastic garbage bags.
I'm open to suggestions. I'll be putting the suitcases in the truck over the next day to see if we can use them along with our goal of packing a cooler for the ride.
If you've driven to FLA, how have you packed for the ride?
we have driven to FL with kids a few times. Once it was 3 adults and 4 kids, another time 2 adults 3 kids, and another time 2 adults and 2 kids. It's always an adventure LOL. When we have the big group we needed to use the rack that hooked in to the hitch for more space. But the other times we were able to pack all in the truck (suburban). Kids usually use their backpack to keep their games, ipods etc in and they stay at their feet. Then we used the back for suitcases, pillows blankets and a cooler. hope that helps...can't wait to hear all about your vacation :)
